Are cleanings included in the price?

All our prices include mandatory final cleaning. Extra cleaning not included.

You can request more cleaning if you wish during your stay: upon request and prior acceptance of budget. These will be paid separately from the reservation at our office.

Are there optional services?

Yes, optional services must be requested before arrival to reserve them, such as baby cot, baby chair, towels .... They are not included in the price of the accommodation. These additional services will be paid on the day of entry into the office.

Are animals allowed?

In some accommodations.

How can I pick up the keys?

Keys will be picked up at the office after 5:00 p.m.

In high season from June to August:

Monday to Saturday from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

The rest of the year:

Monday to Friday from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

In low season schedules can be flexible: check with the agency.

What if the office is closed?

The keys will be in a locker at the office door.

Upon request a personal code will be provided to collect the keys and all necessary information about the accommodation will be sent to you prior to your arrival.
