Cancelation conditions
The fee is Non-Refundable.
Special cancellation conditions COVID-19 (these conditions will apply to all reservations made until December 31, 2021):
Free cancellation 30 days before the scheduled arrival. If the cancellation occurs during the 30 days before arrival, the customer will automatically receive by email a voucher for the amount already paid and valid for 18 months, from the initial date of entry, which he can use for a future stay with locdenia.com.
IMPORTANT
If the guest arrives with COVID detected at the airport, the reservation can be canceled without any refund.
If the guest has to extend the stay due to quarantine for COVID, the corresponding nights must be paid.
The guest may be transferred to another accommodation in case of positive covid
Special requests
The requests on high floors, low floors, etc ... and other types of special requests will be taken into consideration, but in no case is the granting of the same guaranteed.
Bond
On the day of entry, a deposit will be withheld to cover possible damage to the home, by pre-authorization by credit card. Cash will not be accepted.
The refund of the deposit will be made in 7 working days on the same credit card.
Check-in and Check-out Times
The entrance to the apartments is from 5:00 p.m.
The departure of the apartments is at 10:00 in the morning.
In low season the hours can be flexible, check with the agency.
Maximum number of occupants
The occupation of the accommodation by a number of people greater than that established in the reservation will cause immediate expulsion without the right to reimbursement of the amount of the reservation.
Forgotten garbage in the accommodation
€ 10 will be deducted from the deposit per forgotten garbage bag at the accommodation on the day of departure.
